Why I Work by Referral

When it comes to finding a great service provider, there is nothing like getting a referral from someone you know and trust who has used that provider and received great service. That’s why I choose to work by referral. Trust is a big deal, especially when it comes to the professional you choose to handle the largest purchase you’ll ever make — the purchase (or sale) of a home. In this blog I will share the benefits to my clients:

REASON ONE: MORE TIME TO SERVE YOU

Unlike many real estate agents, my primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust me. That means I don’t have to spend time prospecting for new business and promoting myself. This allows me to dedicate myself fully to the activities that benefits my clients most and deliver truly exceptional service.

REASON TWO: SERVICE THAT WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS

In this fast paced world we live in, communication and customer service tends to take a backseat with most businesses. With me, it’s the core of my business. Providing my clients with white glove, concierge service is a promise I make to my clients from the very start. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences we go through and my mission is to make it as pleasant and stress free as possible. I often tell my sellers my gift to them is giving them their time back because I project manage the preparation and sale of their home from start to finish. For my buyers I keep a watchful eye on any off-market and upcoming listings giving them the edge over the general buyer. I am with them throughout their home buying journey, reviewing disclosures, negotiating on their behalf and connecting them with professionals that can help make their home what they want it to be after closing. My goal is to always exceed their expectations.

REASON THREE: SERVICE THAT CONTINUES AFTER THE SALE

I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each sale. I am a relational agent not a transactional one. That means  after the closing you can expect me to keep in touch, checking in from time to time. I have a list of professionals that I work with who specialize in a multitude of areas that I can refer to my clients to cover their needs.  Often being a relational agent ends up building a strong relationship with my clients that goes beyond just real estate.
